Abstract
The future of labor rights protection is cooperation, harmony and win-win, labor-capital cooperation is closely related to maximization, balance and efficiency, and labor-capital cooperation, win-win and the construction of harmonious labor relations constitute an organic whole, and enterprise trade unions play an indispensable role in achieving a win-win situation.
