I. Paper Publication (APC)
For academic papers that have passed peer review and been accepted for publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is required. The fees are as follows: Regular Papers: 433 USD; International Papers: 500 USD; Policy Research Papers: 723 USD. The fee covers editorial management, double-blind peer review, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, data archiving, and open access dissemination services.
II. Enterprise Case Study Publication
The review, editing, and official publication of enterprise case studies, industry cases, and practical research reports require a corresponding fee of 1,446 USD to 4,339 USD per article. The service includes academic optimization, peer review, and official publication in the journal’s case column.
III. Fellow Program
Research Fellow: 4,339 USD Senior Fellow: 7,231 USD Distinguished Fellow: 14,463 USD The fee covers membership services, academic support, research guidance, professional training, qualification certification, and official recognition provided by the journal’s Fellow Program.
IV. International Forums
Forum Admission Ticket: 1,156 USD to 2,892 USD The fee includes registration, academic reports, conference proceedings publication, on-site participation, online live streaming, and certificate issuance for international academic forums and seminars hosted or co-hosted by the journal.
V. Think Tank Reports
Think tank research reports are commonly required by enterprises and governments, including but not limited to: • ESG Reports • Industry Reports • Policy Reports Examples: AI Industry Report, Social Innovation White Paper, Digital Economy Report Fee: 7,232 USD to 43,390 USD The fee is used to support the compilation, peer review, editing, promotion, and official publication of policy-oriented think tank reports, industry analysis reports, and research consulting documents.
VI. Academic Publishing Services
Paper Editing: 433 USD Submission Guidance: 1,156 USD Full-Service Package: 2,892 USD The fee covers customized academic support services, including but not limited to academic editing, translation services, typesetting, research design consulting, infographic abstract production, and publication strategy consulting.
General Terms
- Once the service is initiated, fees paid are non-refundable unless the journal fails to provide the promised services.
- The journal may, at the discretion of its Editorial Board, provide fee reductions or discounts to authors from low- and middle-income countries and eligible academic institutions.
- Any adjustments to fees will be announced officially in advance.
