Abstract

人工智能(AI)正通过自动化、个性化护理、运营改进和新市场的创造,在提高效率、改善患者预后和促进创新方面给医疗健康领域带来革命性变革。这些进步正在重新定义医疗服务的提供和管理方式,但同时也带来了诸如劳动力技能再培训、伦理问题、算法偏见以及对健全数据治理的需求等挑战。为了充分发挥人工智能的潜力,医疗健康机构必须采取战略性且符合伦理的方法。通过四级框架 —— 自动化业务流程、个性化护理、创新运营和开拓新市场,人工智能正在重塑该行业,同时应对其整合过程中伴随的复杂问题。
