论劳动参与权:保障企业经营管理中的民主参与

Abstract
保障劳动者的劳动参与权,使其参与企业民主管理,是劳动力作为人力资本的体现。但同时也需防范信息不对称引发的逆向选择与道德风险。此外,依托职工代表大会、职工董事和职工监事等载体与企业开展博弈,本就是工会维护劳动者劳动参与权过程中的应有之义。
