Abstract

劳动者权益保障的未来在于合作、和谐与互利共赢。劳资合作与利益最大化、利益平衡及效率提升息息相关。劳资合作、互利共赢以及和谐劳动关系的构建,共同构成一个有机整体。企业工会在实现劳资双方互利共赢的过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用。
